Q. I received an "Error. Invalid Code. Try Entering Again." message, what do I do?
A. This could mean one of a couple possibilities; you could have simply accidentally entered your code incorrectly, or there may have been a connection error to the code database. If this happens, please click the "submit a request" link at the top right of your screen, and someone from our support staff will assist you with a resolution.
