I RECEIVED AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN ENTERING MY CAN CODE

There are a few reasons why the website would produce an error message when attempting to submit a can code;

 

ERROR MESSAGE: CAN CODE IS INVALID. PLEASE TRY AGAIN.

  1. You may have accidentally entered a wrong character, please double check your can tab code, and make sure you are entering it in correctly.
  2. Occasionally, due to their tiny size, the tabs can have a misprinted character, that may look like something other than what it should be. (If this happens, Please Follow these Instructions)

 

ERROR MESSAGE: YOU HAVE ALREADY REDEEMED THIS CAN CODE.

  1. You may have accidentally entered a can code from a tab that you have already entered.
  2. You may have accidentally hit the submit button twice. To confirm, please visit "My Account" to view what Gear Packs you have currently unlocked.
