Q. I accidentally logged in using a different email address, and entered my can code to the wrong account, can I have it transferred?
A. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to fix this. All users are responsible for making sure they are correctly logged in, that they know and/or remember the email address and password they used to create their account.
If you have entered your can code accidentally to another account, you will need to obtain another unredeemed can code and enter it into the correct account that you would like to use.
